DAC is the abbreviation for the District Administrative Council which comprises of the Governor, Governor Elect, Secretary and Treasurer.

The work of the DAC is under the general supervision of the Executive Committee of Pilot International. The duties and responsibilities of the DAC include, but are not limited to the following:

• Members of the DAC are charged to further Pilot International’s objectives
• Study and teach it's principles , ideals, and ethics
• As representatives of Pilot, they are expected to act at all times in a manner conducive to enhancing the prestige
  of Pilot
